CAPSI UBC organizes many exciting community programs to promote the pharmacy profession as well as increase patient education. Katy's Kids

CAPSI has made available a program entitled, "Katy's Kids", designed to teach elementary school children about safe and appropriate use of medications. The program is being presented by pharmacy students to elementary children throughout Canada.

Education regarding safe and responsible medication use is fundamental to children understanding both the benefit and potential harm medicines can cause.
