The deadline for applications is March 31, 2008.

There will be sign-up sheet posted in the PhUS lounge for a short 5 minute interview for all applicants.

So the earlier you sign-up, the better the choice of timeslots you will have for your Interview with coordinators on our team. Interviews will take place the week of March 31st.

Requirements:

1. Applicants must be a CAPSI member

2. Must be available the following dates:

August 28.2008

August 29.2008

3. Must be available for a 4 hour Student Leader Presentation in August

CSHP is calling on YOU to be the 2008-2009 Student Delegate on CSHP National Council, representing pharmacy students from across the country.

Candidates must be:

§    Current members of CSHP.

§    Full-time undergraduate pharmacy students.

§    Committed to CSHP and the profession of hospital pharmacy.

Your Responsibilities?

§    Be the voice of pharmacy students on CSHP National Council.

§    Attend CSHP AGM (August) and Mid-Term Council Meetings (March).

§    Attend CAPSI Council meetings as a non-voting member.

§    Prepare a report to Council for the Mid-term and AGM Council meetings.

§    Participate in the Pharmacists-in-Training Pharmacy Specialty Network (PSN).

§    Promote hospital pharmacy practice to pharmacy students.

August 2008 to August 2009

Are you in 4th year and looking for that last chance to get involved before moving forward with your career?

CAPSI is currently looking for a class representative that can update their classmates with news on all the great upcoming CAPSI events.  This would include attending our weekly meetings each Monday at 12PM in Wood G57 from now until April, and assisting with some of the upcoming events.  Candidates must also be CAPSI members.  If you are interested, please notify CAPSI Senior Representative, Allen Chernenkoff, at achernenkoff@shaw.ca for further details by Friday, March 7th at 11:00PM.
