PDW 2011
About PDW:
Professional Development Week (PDW) is the largest student-led Pharmacy conference held annually in one of the 10 Pharmacy schools in Canada. It provides a forum for educational opportunities and professional growth of CAPSI members. PDW allows for pharmacy students from across the country to discuss common interests, concerns and ideas, while establishing new friendships and professional relationships. It will be held at UBC in January 2014.
The PDW Planning committee (PDWPC) is responsible for the organization, facilitation, logistics, provision and execution of the following, but is not limited to:
General duties of PDWPC:

- Providing facilities and transportation for the National CAPSI Competitions as well as the “Pharmafacts bowl”.
- Providing social and networking opportunities in the form of:

- Providing educational opportunities, congruent with the theme of PDW.
- Providing transportation to all events that are not held within the hotel-conference centre complex.
