Pharmacist Awareness Week

Brought to you by UBC CAPSI/PhUS: Pharmacist Awareness Week (PAW) is an annual week-long event where students across campus can join in celebrating the profession of Pharmacy and to learn more about the roles pharmacists play in health care. PAW is a great opportunity to chat with pharmacy students and pharmacy professionals regarding the UBC program, health and wellness, careers, and much more!!

General Events:

PAW Fair: All week long in SUB from 12-1 pm
Visit our new and polished booths for information ranging from common healthcare topics to admission information into the program. You will also get a chance to win some prizes and freebies through our daily contests!

Opening/Closing Ceremonies: SUB 12-1 pm. They will be held on Monday, Feb 28 and Friday, Mar 4 and feature pharmacy student talents and speakers!

Pharmacy Information Evening (PIE): Thursday, Mar 3, 2011 from 5:30-7 pm in Wood 6. Get more information about the UBC Pharmacy Admission process and careers in pharmacy. Snacks will be provided. RSVP to ubcpie2011@gmail.com
